Offering Massage & Ayurvedic Treatments in Norwich, Vermont

As one of the Upper Valley's most experienced massage therapists, I am expert at tailoring massage sessions to meet your individual needs and preferences.  My practice is not focused on specific massage modalities, but rather on outcome-based massage.  I may combine several modalities during a massage session to provide you with effective, individualized treatment.

I am also an ayurvedic practitioner.  The ability to provide ayurvedic treatments allows me to enhance the effectiveness of massage sessions and to treat conditions that conventional Western massage cannot.
